Fourfront Group ranked 58 in Sunday Times Best Top 100 Small Companies to Work For and has been awarded the ‘Three Star Accreditation Standard’ by Best Companies – the highest accreditation level.
The award applauded the Group’s investment in its staff: from state-of the art offices designed with sustainability and collaborative spaces in mind, through to secure bike storage and shower rooms to encourage exercise.
Other initiatives include sound staff engagement surveys to create real change, three-day leave of absence entitlement for all employees to work on community projects, flexible and home-working for a healthy work/life balance and a personal career development programme, tailored to each employee.
Fourfront Group also holds an annual overseas sales conference and recognises long service and achievements with awards and additional holidays.
