Spartan Race for Shooting Star Chase Charity
On Sunday 20th September, 33 brave Fourfronters participated in the gruelling Spartan race at Ashburnham Place in Battle, East Sussex to raise money for Shooting Star Chase, a leading children’s hospice charity caring for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families.
The challenging 13k obstacle race included barbed wired crawl, swimming across rivers, log carrying, monkey bars, rope and wooden walls climbs, tyre drag, spear throws and mud….lots of it!
The four Fourfront teams completed the race in under 4 hours and thoroughly enjoyed the challenge. Collectively teams raised over £6,000 which is a fantastic achievement.
