New EMEA HQ for Enterprise
Area Sq is completing the extensive design and fit-out of Enterprise Holdings new EMEA headquarters on Integra Park , Egham, which is due to complete early 2014.
Currently spread over several locations in Egham and the surrounding area, Enterprise is taking advantage of the move to unite their workforce within the newly created campus environment based around the two buildings on Integra Park.
Area Sq is creating an open environment with a new feature staircase and multiple training, collaboration and breakout zones, providing staff with inspiring and dynamic working areas. External linking paths and canopies will join the two buildings together and the new environment will provide staff with enhanced well-being facilities, helping Enterprise retain and attract the very best people.
A core feature of the project is sustainability and environmental responsibility, with Area Sq and Enterprise working towards achieving a Ska Rating Gold – the highest rating for a sustainable office refurbishment project. The company are also recruiting additional staff and use local businesses wherever possible, including office refurbishment specialist Area Sq and Surrey project manager Francis Hunter.
Enterprise and Area Sq recently welcomed local Egham students from Strode’s College and Royal Holloway for a tour of the construction site so they can see first-hand how a major office refurbishment programme is designed and delivered.
