Fourfront Group appoint David Rintoul as non-exec director
Fourfront Group are delighted to announce the appointment of David Rintoul as non-executive director.
David Rintoul is a partner at Clarkslegal LLP, a London and Thames Valley law firm and head of the firm’s Construction and Engineering group.
David is also a non-executive director and past chairman of the Building Service Research and Information Association (BSRIA) as well as being a former advisory board member of the Confederation of Construction Specialists, and co-chair of the international network, TAGLaw, construction and real estate speciality group.
A highly respected construction industry lawyer, David Rintoul was inducted into the Legal 500 Hall of Fame in 2018 as a leading construction lawyer in the Thames Valley and South East regions.
David Rintoul brings with him a wealth of construction industry and wider commercial knowledge. In particular David will help supervise compliance policies across the Group. He will work closely with the Fourfront board to ensure these policies and new competition compliance measures are effectively embedded into the Fourfront Group’s culture and practice.
