Well-beingĀ
Well-being is a significant focus for us across the Group. We place a substantial amount of investment into encouraging our staff to be fit and healthy through our well-being programme.
Our well-being programme includes a series of staff benefits such as gym membership, a cycle-to-work scheme and annual flu jabs. We also recently launched a one-of-a-kind initiative to give every member of staff a Fitbit, and we run regular events to encourage the more competitive amongst us to get their steps up!

NextGen
NextGen is designed as a programme to identify and develop talent by creating a network connecting young people within the business.
Along with accelerating career progression and aiding with staff retention, NextGen creates a platform for innovation and allows young talent to feed their ideas and energy into the business.
NextGen hosts a variety of events focusing on improving skills or knowledge areas that millennials in the workplace may lack.
Culture Champions
Representatives of each business in the Group are selected to be Culture Champions. Their role is to ensure we never lose sight of the values and principles that make us all part of the Fourfront family. A Culture Champion aims to create continuous improvement across the business through creative initiatives, encouraging colleagues to volunteer ideas and participate in activities.
